Turing Centenary Committee visit The Universal Machine
Tuesday, 9 April, 2013
Tuesday 23rd April saw New Diorama host a performance of The Universal Machine to staff and volunteers of Bletchley Park, members of the Turing Centenary Committee, as well as relatives of Turing himself.
Friday and Tuesday's performances of The Universal Machine saw relatives of Alan Turing, as well as representatives from the Turing Centenary Committee and Bletchley Park, in the audience. It was lovely to see people who had known the characters portrayed in the show, mingling with the actors and creatives after the show, and providing insight and praise for those involved.
It has been rumoured that a real Enigma machine may well find its way to New Diorama over the next few weeks, with a demonstration on the cards...so keep your eyes on the Universal Machine webpage for further details!
Tickets are selling well, with more nights expected to sell out very soon so buy your tickets now to avoid disappointment!
