An online theatrical experience from NDT & Incoming Festival

A free, online adaptation of Nathan Ellis' play work.txt

We have sadly had to cancel Incoming Festival this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and are delighted to be able to present work_from_home as an entirely free, online theatrical experience.

It is a new, digital, interactive adaptation of Nathan Ellis' play work.txt, which was nominated for an Innovation Award at VAULT Festival 2020 and would have formed part of Incoming Festival 2020.

Before Coronavirus, we were working all the time. We were worried about the gig economy and burnout, and now everything’s stopped. Now everyone is working on their sourdough starters, trying to be productive, feeling scared, trying to get going again.

work_from_home is an interactive play performed entirely by participants on a Zoom call, about when things stop working.

You will log on, you will do nothing, you will contribute, you will be essential.
