ND2 is one of London’s largest rehearsal room complexes , providing rehearsal and development space for our supported artists and the wider arts industry.
Across the next year ND2 will provide free development space for New Diorama’s supported companies – allow us, for the very first time, to completely remove renting rehearsal space from the budgets of up to 40 of the most talented groups making theatre in the UK today.
New Diorama will also continue our commitment to providing completely free creative space to all West Euston groups, based in our local community .
ND2 will allow us to boost our BAMER rehearsal project – providing “all you can eat” space for diversity-led groups who apply to New Diorama 52 weeks of the year.
Alongside developing new work, ND2 will host several site-specific and site-responsive performances . The enhanced size of ND2 , compared to our studio theatre space, will see New Diorama programming across a larger canvas over the next twelve months – welcoming more audiences and groups than ever before.
The large, fully accessible spaces , will also allow New Diorama the opportunity to provide space to the wider arts industry. Many of the spaces at ND2 will be available for hire, at incredibly competitive and subsidised rates.
