Are you interested in local history?

Would you like to be involved in an exciting heritage theatre project celebrating people from your local area?

Wonder Fools needs you!

They're bringing their touring theatre production 549: Scots of the Spanish Civil War to us on 22 & 23 June 2019. Alongside the show they're touring an exciting interactive exhibition which will tell the stories of people from the local area that were involved in the Spanish Civil War. The installation will involve augmented reality and sound design and will change in each venue to reflect and celebrate the local area. All of the stories from around the country can be seen as part of a digital archive at www.549.scot

They're looking for volunteers to take audiences through the exhibition. Wonder Fools will provide training so technical knowledge is not essential. You just need enthusiasm for connecting with people and helping them to engage with local heritage.

Availability:

They're looking 2 people for the following times...

Saturday 22 June, 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Sunday 23 June, 6:30pm – 7:30pm

They can pay travel expenses up to a limit of £10 per day + 1 ticket for the show that day.
