About
The smash-hit 2023 Untapped Award-winning show returns to NDT following its New York debut and ahead of national tour.
Usually disabled people want to do the right thing. But what if they don't?
What if they were out to make as much money as possible from the guilt of non-disabled, anxious people (like you)?
Hot off the back of their smash-hit, five star run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and New York debut, multi-award winning disability-led theatre company FlawBored return with this uproarious, scathing satire on the monetisation of identity politics - that spares no-one.
Unfortunately Aarian Mehrabani is ill and unable to perform and so the role of Ross will be played by Eli London until further notice.
Eli London's identity box-ticking exercise is going well. Visually-impaired, neurodivergent, non-binary, bisexual and mixed-race? Is that bingo? They have previously worked with the RNIB on their nationwide campaign, See the Person, Not the Sightloss, played Tiresius in Antigone at the Regent's Park Open Air Theatre, and recently finished a run at the Theatre Royal Stratford East. When they aren't acting, you can find them on Youtube (@squibsee) or livestreaming on Twitch.
Aarian will rejoin the production as soon as he is able to do so.

About FlawBored
FlawBored is a disability-led theatre company that creates ensemble based work. They formed out of a need to reinvigorate the way access is considered both within shows and within the rehearsal room, believing that it should be thought about from the beginning of the process not added on as an afterthought. They work through play and access is at the core of everything they do; it’s in the way they train their practitioners, the way they devise and therefore it is integrated into the show. They also create unique opportunities for artists and practitioners to reframe the way they think about access. A FlawBored show is cheeky, chaotic and most importantly is not disability ‘trauma-porn’ or ‘pity-porn.’ Their ethos is built by their motto ‘Access is easy if you care’.
