We are continuing to recommend that audiences wear masks in the theatre bar and auditorium, except when eating or drinking, or unless you are exempt.
The performance space is well-ventilated, with regular cleaning and testing for staff and company members; and hand sanitiser avaialble.
For any audience members unable to attend because they are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms, or with a positive test, or required to self-isolate by NHS track and trace, we will offer an exchange or refund. Requests for cancellations or exchanges for any other reason will be handled in accordance with our standard Terms and Conditions.
We wiil review these procedures in relation to updated guidance and audience feedback. We want you to feel safe and happy coming to our venue, and we'll send up-to-date information by email.
If for any reason performances have to be cancelled or postponed, we promise to offer quick and easy refunds or exchanges for all bookers.
